Disclaimer/Refund Policy By booking you are agreeing that Amy Mantey is not held responsible for any actions taken before, during or after a session. Sessions are not a substitue for advice, programs, or treatment from a licencsed medical, psychological, legal or financial professional. Refunds: There are no refunds and rescheduling for no call no shows. A 24hr notice is required to reschedule. You have a 5 minute grace period from the start of your scheduled session before your alloted time will be forefeitedand a refund or reschedule will not be offered. If Amy is unable to complete a session due to emergency or illness, and rescheduling is not an otpion, a refund will be made available. At the begining of each reading you have a 5 minute window where if you don't feel like we're connecting, you may cancel the remainder of the session with a full refund. Please contact us immediately with any concerns about handmade products upon receipt.
